We take the care of your dog seriously. Our services include Boarding, Training, and Grooming, which means your dog will sleep and stay in our facility and, if you request, can enjoy a full groom or just a bath. Due to the high risk of choking, we do not feed any rawhide products or treats. Please inform us if your dog needs special considerations for medical, age, or behavioral concerns. Dogs are supervised during the day. Any time staff is not directly supervising the facility, it is monitored by a video security system. Please complete this form in as much detail as possible. Before we can intake your dog, form has to be completed and signed.

Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions 1. A designated person should drop-off and collect the dog. Arrangements should be brought to our attention if this is not an owner of the dog acquainted with SKDT. If you need to nominate another person to do either, you must inform us of their name and phone number. The dog will not be released to them without prior consent by the owner. As the owner, you will be liable for any extra boarding charges, should this occur. This is for the safety and security of your dog. This does not apply where the dog is collected from your home. 2. Boarding rates are as follows: Daycare (Full day, No training) $24 for pick up by 6:00 pm. Overnight Boarding (No training) $39 for up to 24 hours. Training Add-On to boarding or daycare $25 per session. 3. Your dog has to display basic self-control. They will have appropriate playtime and/or exercise. Dogs must be able to tolerate being crated at times, including overnight. 4. All dogs must be fully vaccinated, and on preventative flea and dewormer medication for at least two weeks before staying with us. It is your responsibility to vaccinate and deworm your dog. The State of Missouri requires a rabies vaccination and a rabies certificate on file with SKDT. Vaccination against kennel cough is also required. We take no responsibility for your dog contracting any viral diseases while staying with us. If fleas are found, we will contact you about the course of action to remove fleas. You will be charged for any subsequent steps to address the issue. 5. Please inform us IMMEDIATELY if your female dog is in season or due to come into season. Although every effort would be made to prevent pregnancy, we can accept no responsibility should your dog become pregnant. It is your responsibility to have your dog neutered or spayed and we highly recommend that you spay/neuter your dog. Priority is given to spayed and neutered dogs. 6. We will find a new home for any dog if not collected 10 days from due departure date, if we cannot contact you. You agree to this and agree to pay for all associated costs. 7. We reserve the right to act in the best interests of the dog at all times, including seeking veterinary advice if he/she becomes ill. We will contact you immediately should your dog become ill. If you cannot be contacted within a reasonable time or have chosen not to be contacted, we reserve the right to seek appropriate and swift veterinary attention and proceed with treatment, regardless of costs, which you agree to cover. We will do everything needed for the dog in regards to treatment, comfort, and recovery. 8. Additionally, we reserve the right to place your dog in any crate or kennel that best suits your dog’s needs and those of the other clientele of dogs boarding. We cannot and will not reserve specific kennels. Our population is fluid and adjustments will be made accordingly. 9. All dogs are accepted at their owner’s risk. While every possible care and attention is given to each dog, we cannot be held responsible for any injury, illness, loss or damage, howsoever arising. Any vet fees incurred during the dogs stay will be covered by you the owner. 10. Your dog must be wearing a collar with an ‘ID’ tag or be microchipped. They must be brought into the building on their own leash and on leash at all times in the building. 11. We reserve the right to share positive videos or pictures of your dog during playtime, training, or before/after grooming pictures to our Facebook page,website, or other social media. 12. Additional fees will be charged for any after hour drop-off or pick-up. After hour pick ups must be pre-scheduled and approved by SKDT staff. If you show up and request your dog for an unscheduled, unapproved pick up, and staff is able to accommodate you, there will be a $20 charge. I agree to the above boarding terms and conditions:
